HOW TO PAY
Leather Creations allows you to choose between 3 payment methods. You can pay by
- Paypal (you may also use your credit card if you do not have a PayPal Account)
- Bank Transfer (our IBAN + SWIFT CODE will be sent to you in the confirmation email)
- Cash on delivery (only for Greek shipments), or credit card via Paypal
The prices shown on the site are VAT included. The price with VAT included is calculated in the total summary.
WHEN IS THE ORDER AMOUNT CHARGED?
After receiving the order we carry out a verification on the payment card. The products are not shipped until the check is complete.
If the card gets the authorization, the payment will be debited immediately and you will receive an email confirming the order.
If the card does not get the authorization, the payment will not be debited and you will be informed. Leather Creations reserves the right to request identification documents in special cases. Customer Service may contact you for more details about the payment before the order is confirmed. In this case, if within 72 hours the requested documentation will not be sent, the order will be canceled and the refund procedure will be started for the sums paid.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENT NOT ACCEPTED?
It may happen that the payment is not successful for a number of reasons including the balance available on the card or the correctness of the data entered to make the order, such as the expiry date or type and number of card. If you can not solve the problem, write us to [email protected]
